In the years since it’s release, Articulate’s Storyline has quite quickly become the foremost elearning authoring tool.

And not without good reason.

Articulate doesn’t actually run on a Mac Pro so this is an odd image.

It’s ease of use is rarely matched, making the most, as it does, of everyone’s familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint. From the outset it made it easy to build interactive branching scenarios and in it’s publishing it took the grief and risk out of creating reliable SCORM compliant content.

But it’s no beginners-only tool. You are just as likely to find professional instructional designers at the dirty end of the keyboard as you are jack-of-all-trade in-house hacks like me.

So we thought we’d honour this stalwart of the elearning industry by holding an evening dedicated to its many delights.

We’ll have some show and tell, Matt Francis and I will cover our 3 favourite features and there will be a Q&A for allcomers. Bring your work and show off, or simply seek your peers’ opinions.

Join us in the meeting room of the historic Llandoger Trow, on King Street, from 6.30pm, Wednesdat 6 April. Sign up at Bristol eLearning Meetup’s pages.
